GONZALES — The Gonzales High junior class earned their way to the finals of the tug-of-war competition at last Wednesday’s Homecoming Night Rally. The juniors did well but lost to the alumni team in the finals. Below, guiding the junior team at the rear are, from left, Pablo Villasenor, Miguel Arreola and Dominic Emery.
Above, representing their respective classes are the Gonzales High Homecoming Royal Court. Standing left to right are: Cheyanne Ayala (freshman); Elizabeth Arreola (sophomore); Luz Cardenas (junior); Gema Camacho (senior); Freddy Mendoza (senior); Jacob Amador (junior); Thomas Aceves (sophomore); and Julian Arreola (freshman). Camacho and Mendoza were crowned Homecoming Queen and King, respectively, at last week’s Night Rally.
