GONZALES — As the end of the school year approaches, Gonzales High School hosted approximately 200 parents and future Spartans for the annual Ninth Grade Orientation on Jan. 30.

“During the event students and parents visited with different departments and got an idea of the wonderful programs and classes GHS has to offer,” said Miguel Malagon, academic counselor.

The incoming students and their parents were also given a campus tour by the Associated Student Body, who also answered questions parents had.
