CLOTHING CLOSET

GONZALES — Gonzales Community Church is hosting a clothing closet at its building on Fourth and Day streets today and tomorrow, Sept. 2 and 3, from 3 to 5 p.m. Face coverings are required, and only one person is allowed in at a time, with a 10-minute limit per person.


FREE MASKS

SOLEDAD — A free face mask and Census pop-up drive-through will take place Thursday, Sept. 3, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the South County YMCA, 560 Walker Drive, in Soledad.


DRIVE-UP WI-FI

MONTEREY COUNTY — Libraries within the Monterey County Free Libraries system, which has branches in Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, King City, San Lucas, San Ardo, Bradley and Parkfield, have prepared to offer free Wi-Fi for school, work and personal needs. As of Sept. 1, most of the county library branches offer Wi-Fi in their parking lots or outside their building area, currently excluding the Bradley branch. People should check with their local library about availability times and days.
