Escaped SVSP inmate apprehended in San Francisco

An inmate who walked away from a minimum security facility at Salinas Valley State Prison (SVSP) in Soledad was apprehended Sept. 16 in San Francisco, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).
