GONZALES — Gonzales residents rode their bicycles and walked last Sunday during the first Ciclovía Gonzales in an effort to get physically active.
Participants rode bicycles around the track from Fourth to Elko streets in front of La Gloria Elementary, down First Street and then turned back onto Center Street.
Along the way, walkers and cyclists could stop at booths to receive more resources about living healthy and getting activity into their lifestyles.
