GONZALES — The South County Titans Youth Baseball Program hosted the Turkey Break Youth Baseball Camp on Nov. 20-22 at Art Brusa Park in Gonzales.

Youth from ages 6-12 worked on speed and agility, throwing and hitting, and fielding under the guidance of Titans Coach Anthony Mena.

“To become better baseball players, we encourage the campers to practice the skills they learned over the last three days,” Mena said. “We split up the players based on their age and playing ability. We will conduct another camp on Dec. 18-20 for ages 6-12.”

More than 50 baseball players attended the camp, and the event closed with prizes for some of the standout players.
