SALINAS VALLEY — Job seekers throughout the area are invited to attend the South Monterey County Job Fair on Wednesday, June 1, at the Soledad Community Center.

Monterey County Workforce Development Board, the City of Soledad and the Soledad Parks and Recreation Department are collaborating to make this event available to job seekers and employers. The job fair will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Center, 560 Walker Drive, in Soledad.

“We’re proud to partner with the City of Soledad and the Soledad Parks and Recreation Department to make this event available at the Soledad Community Center,” said Christopher Donnelly, executive director of Monterey County Workforce Development Board. “If you’re curious about what types of jobs are available or what you might be good at, we encourage you to check out our event.”

Participating employers are seeking individuals to fill opportunities in healthcare, hospitality, agriculture, transportation and more. Job seekers are encouraged to register through Premier Virtual via the link bit.ly/3vKojs5 in order to see which specific employers will be attending.

Those in attendance are encouraged to bring their resumes and dress in proper attire for possible onsite interviews on the day of the event. Anyone who needs help upgrading their resume can call 866-666-9332.
