SOLEDAD — Soledad Community Health Care District recently celebrated Reynoso “Rey” Salguet’s 15 years of outstanding service as its maintenance supervisor.

Since joining the team 15 years ago, Salguet has been a cornerstone of the District’s operations, ensuring that all its facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

According to the District, Salguet’s dedication to his role and his exceptional leadership have made a “significant impact on the daily functions” of the healthcare facilities.

Under his supervision, the maintenance team has “consistently delivered top-notch service, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environment for patients, staff and visitors alike,” stated the District. His expertise and commitment have been integral to the success and smooth operation of the healthcare district.

“We are incredibly fortunate to have Rey as part of our team,” said Ida Lopez Chan, CEO of Soledad Community Health Care District. “His unwavering commitment and the high standards he maintains in his work are truly commendable. Rey’s leadership has been instrumental in ensuring that our facilities operate seamlessly, allowing us to provide the best possible care to our community.”

Salguet, a former Certified Nursing Assistant, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve the community in a different capacity within the healthcare industry.

“Returning to healthcare in this role has been a rewarding experience,” he said. “It allows me to be challenged, build a great team and take care of all District facilities.”

As it celebrates this milestone, the Soledad Community Health Care District extends “heartfelt thanks to Rey for his incredible dedication and service. His hard work and commitment have undoubtedly made a lasting impact on our community,” stated the District.
