KING CITY — King City Police Department has planned a District 5 Block Party on Thursday, Sept. 28, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the 300 block of Forden Drive. There will be music, food, bounce houses, entertainment and more. The community can also meet their local councilmember, police officers and neighbors.

GONZALES — The SPCA for Monterey County will provide a Dog Spay/Neuter, Vaccination and Microchip Clinic in Gonzales on Saturday, Sept. 30. There is a limited number of slots available for Gonzales residents only at the clinic, hosted by Gonzales Police Department.
