GREENFIELD — Shoppers in Greenfield will soon be able to shop for produce, dried fruit, nuts, food and crafts as the Market at the Gazebo will begin Saturday, July 10, at Village Green Park, 98 S. El Camino Real. The market will run through Oct. 9 every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.


REDISTRICTING APPLICANTS

MONTEREY COUNTY — The County of Monterey has extended the deadline for applicants to join the 2021 Advisory Redistricting Commission, which will begin the effort to redraw the county’s five supervisorial district boundaries, a process that takes place after every decennial census. A 15-member commission will host virtual public hearings and mapping sessions, collect community input and recommend updated placement of the supervisorial district boundaries. GRIEF WORKSHOP

SOLEDAD — Hospice Giving Foundation (HGF) will resume its in-person workshops concerning grief after more than a year of Covid-19 pandemic shutdowns. As part of its commitment to provide bereavement and grief services, HGF will collaborate with Soledad Community Health Care District to offer the workshop, “Managing Grief as We Return to a New Normal,” on Thursday, July 15, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Soledad Community Center, 560 Walker Drive in Soledad. The workshop will also be available through Zoom for those who cannot attend in person. Registration is required at https://hospicegiving.org/workshops/.
