VACCINE CLINIC
SOLEDAD — VNA Community Services and the VIDA Project will be hosting a free Covid-19 vaccine clinic at the Soledad McDonald’s, 1215 S. Front St., on Saturday, Feb. 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vaccinations are available for ages 2 and up. No appointments or insurance are needed, and all are welcome. Gift cards are being offered to anyone who receives a vaccination.
VISION BOARDS
KING CITY — As part of Sol Treasures’ Free in 23 workshops, a Vision Board Class is planned for Wednesday, March 15, from 5 to 7 p.m. Participants in the class, taught by the King City nonprofit’s founder and collage artist Sonia Chapa, will get to create a board that inspires and motivates them to accomplish their goals in 2023. GONZALES — Gonzales residents can receive free smoke alarms, provided by the Gonzales Fire Department and American Red Cross. Anyone who needs a smoke detector installed in their home can contact the Fire Chief at jm*****@ci.us , or submit a request online at gonzalesca.gov under “Services / Fire Department / Service Request.”

SOLEDAD — City of Soledad’s 2023 State of the City Address will take place Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 5:30 p.m. at the Soledad Community Center, 560 Walker Drive.
