SOLEDAD — Soledad High School hosted a drive-through graduation for its Class of 2020 last Saturday, having students remain in their cars with family members before it was time to walk the stage individually.
Masks were worn and social distancing was observed except during brief moments, such as when students would get their certificates on stage or had their photo taken at photo stations.
The June 6 ceremony began at 9 a.m. and lasted throughout the afternoon, with students staged into groups to drive on access roads through the school to reach a stage in the middle of campus.
