SOUTH COUNTY — The Fairview Middle School Warrior Wrestling team completed the season by participating in the Coastal Counties League Championship on Saturday at El Sausal Middle School in Salinas.
Warrior wrestler Evelyn Romero won a league title and Fairview had a second place finisher, two third place finishers and three fourth place finishers.
Warriors placers included: Vanessa Romero (2nd place); Samantha Franco (3rd place); Andrew Zarate (3rd place); Aryanna Martinez (4th place); Vrilliana Martinez (4th place); and Gracie Leon (4th place). Also competing at the championships were: Christopher Ochoa, Victor Munoz, Barbra Ann Wagner, and Christian Romero.
