GREENFIELD ā Greenfield Police Department has announced the arrest of a Gonzales man who allegedly molested three juvenile victims in South Monterey County.
On March 14, two juveniles reported sexual abuse by Eleuterio Ortiz, 38, of Gonzales.
Following the report, Greenfield detectives, with the support of Homeland Security Investigations and the Soledad Police Department, conducted an investigation, which led to the identification of a third juvenile victim.
Greenfield Police said the collaboration between the agencies facilitated the location and arrest of Ortiz, who was apprehended without incident. He is currently being held at the Monterey County Jail on multiple charges, including child molestation and rape.
