Council honors soccer team

SOLEDAD — At last week’s Soledad City Council meeting, the mayor and council took time to issue a proclamation in honor and recognition of the Soledad High School Aztecs Girls Soccer Team for winning the Mission Trail Athletic League Championship this year.

This is the second MTAL soccer title won by the Soledad Lady Aztecs, who successfully defended their crown to finish 12-1-1 in league and 15-3-2 overall.
