SOLEDAD — Soledad Rotary Club officially introduced a pair of new members in Cindy Dedini and Fernando Cabrera during a regular meeting on May 7.
Both inductees are well-known figures in the Soledad business community, bringing years of professional expertise to the club.
“The Soledad Rotary Club is proud to welcome Cindy Dedini and Fernando Cabrera as our newest members,” said Club President Randy Bangs. “Both bring a strong commitment to service, leadership and community involvement that reflects the values of Rotary.”
Bangs added, “Their experiences and dedication will strengthen our club’s mission of making a positive difference in Soledad and throughout the Salinas Valley. We are excited to have them join our Rotary family and look forward to the impact they will make through service above self.”

Dedini is the owner and broker of Value Insurance Agency, while Cabrera is a small business owner and serves the community as a member of the Soledad City Council.
Rotary is a volunteer service organization of business and professional leaders who work toward improving their community. By joining the Soledad chapter, Dedini and Cabrera become part of Rotary International.
This international connection allows local members to leverage global resources while focusing on the club’s mission of “Service Above Self” within their own hometown.
