SEASIDE — Sustainable energy pioneer, author, filmmaker and musician Bob Danziger has teamed up with CSUMB co-sponsors Music and Performing Arts Department and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, as well as others, on an online celebration of the 300th anniversary of J.S. Bach’s famous Brandenburg concertos. SALINAS — Hartnell’s Western Stage will host a session with James Roddy, video editor and filmmaker, as part of its Forum Series, which is open to students and community members. The session is scheduled for Saturday, March 27, at 11 a.m. Roddy has worked behind the scenes for television and film for over 15 years. MENTAL HEALTH ENCOURAGEMENT
GONZALES — The City of Gonzales has reminded the community the Fifth Street Bridge is under the jurisdiction of Caltrans. As such, the removal of encouraging notes against suicide was not a city decision.
