SOLEDAD — In collaboration with the Salinas Crusaders Car Club, City of Soledad has announced the return of the Fourth Annual Soledad Hot Summer Days on Saturday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in downtown Soledad.

This family-friendly summer event has become a local favorite, celebrating community spirit, classic cars and downtown vibrancy.

Each year, Hot Summer Days draws large crowds from the Salinas Valley and beyond, with many attendees sharing how much they enjoy the event and look forward to it annually. The strong community turnout and enthusiastic feedback have made this event one of the city’s most anticipated summer traditions.

This year’s event will feature a classic car show, live entertainment, food trucks, informational booths, local vendors and children’s games and activities hosted at Cesar Chavez Park. The event provides a lively and welcoming environment where families can enjoy music, great food and engaging activities for all ages.

The primary goals of the event are to engage with the Soledad community, support and promote downtown businesses and raise funds for the Soledad Community Center Capital Campaign.

“We’re proud to bring this celebration back for its fourth year,” said Soledad Mayor Anna Velazquez. “The Soledad Car Show is more than just a showcase of classic cars — it brings our community together in a fun, family-friendly environment. Events like this boost local revenue, celebrate our culture, and create lasting memories for families across the region.”
