MONTEREY COUNTY — Everyone’s Harvest will host a Thanksgiving “Tricks and Tips” virtual cooking demonstration Tuesday, Nov. 9, with renowned local chef Brandon Miller. His demo will feature “Mashers vs. Smashers” — keys to making restaurant-quality mashed potatoes and an easy way to make their delicious new potato cousin. And, “Carving 101” — anatomy of a turkey and how to dispatch it, along with other carving tricks. The demo will be from 4 to 5 p.m. via Zoom (Meeting ID: 820 7520 3760; Passcode: 062396).
