WILDLIFE BABY SHOWER
MONTEREY COUNTY — Help rescued wild animals during SPCA Monterey County’s “Wildlife Baby Shower” by purchasing gifts on Amazon at SPCAmc.org/baby-shower or giving at SPCAmc.org/donate. The SPCA Wildlife Center is the only full-service wildlife rescue and rehabilitation center in Monterey County, rescuing over 2,500 injured, sick and orphaned wild animals every year. Right now, SPCA is caring for 10 baby animals, including rabbits, squirrels, hummingbirds and pigeons. “As we move deeper into the spring and summer months, we expect those numbers to skyrocket,” stated SPCA. “It’s not unusual for our dedicated team of staff and volunteers to care for over 100 baby birds in a single day. All our rescues are only made possible by your generous, compassionate support.”
