CONCERT CANCELED

SALINAS — California Rodeo’s July 15 Big Week Kick Off Concert has been officially canceled after the production team was unable to secure a suitable replacement for headliner Toby Keith, who announced June 12 that he is battling stomach cancer. Ticket refunds were issued starting June 27. All other events are moving forward, including the Banda MS Concert on Saturday, July 16, the Big Week Bull Riding Xtreme Bulls event on Wednesday, July 20, and the California Rodeo Salinas from July 21 through 24. SOLEDAD — A free small business webinar hosted by State Controller Betty T. Yee, City of Soledad and City of Salinas will take place Thursday, June 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Register at bit.ly/3z19KCg.
