PARAMEDICS WANTED
MONTEREY COUNTY — American Medical Response (AMR) is ramping up hiring efforts to help local job seekers begin career opportunities in Emergency Medical Services. New paramedics will join the 180 full-time and part-time employees at AMR Monterey in providing 911 emergency services 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week to the communities of Monterey County and the surrounding regions, as well as interfacility medical transportation services for area hospitals and healthcare services. RAIL SERVICE INPUT
CENTRAL COAST — Transportation Agency for Monterey County invites the public to participate in its virtual open house to discuss the future of regional rail service. Questions are encouraged during the open house, which lasts through June 24, by going to tamc-nis.konveio.com or by sending comments to [email protected] from June 24 through June 30. The Monterey Bay Area Rail Network Integration Study focuses on determining the optimal options for rail connectivity and operations, equipment needs, governance and community benefits for service between Monterey County and Santa Clara County, Monterey and Santa Cruz, and the Coast Rail Corridor.
