GREENFIELD — Greenfield Police Department is hosting an ice cream social this Friday, July 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside the department at 599 El Camino Real. Sponsored by the Greenfield Police Officers Association, the event will offer free ice cream sundaes (while supplies last) for the community, as well as the opportunity to meet officers, build connections and enjoy the summer heat.

SOLEDAD — The LEO Foundation is hosting its annual Casino Night fundraiser on Friday, July 21. Join the LEO Foundation for a night of games, appetizers and soft drinks and great company from 7 to 11 p.m. at 235 West St. in Soledad. Guests can take their chance at the poker table, throw the dice at the craps table or turn the wheel at the roulette table. The Cops Giving Tree event, held every December for youth and their families, is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of the LEO Foundation. SOLEDAD — Special Kids Connect is hosting its monthly Play Connect Grow class in Soledad on Friday, July 21, at 10 a.m. at Hartnell’s Soledad Education Center, 1505 Metz Road.
