GONZALES — “The Wizard of Oz” was brought to life last weekend to sold-out performances, leaving just one more weekend to see the Gonzales Community Theater’s production.
The shows for the upcoming weekend are Friday, March 22, at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 23, at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and the finale will be Sunday, March 24, at 2 p.m.
The matinee performance on March 23 will feature the understudy leads and Sunday 2 p.m. will be the dessert show, when prizes are given out following the show.
Gonzales Community Theater started three years ago with a donation from the Ayon family.
Tickets are available at City Hall and the Gonzales High School Choir Room.
