SOLEDAD — Soledad’s newest councilmember, Eva Banuelos, was sworn in during the June 5 council meeting.

Banuelos joins the team of five dedicated members who lead the city on the council: Mayor Anna Velazquez, Mayor Pro Tempore Maria Corralejo and Councilmembers Fernando Ansaldo-Sánchez and Fernando Cabrera.

Soledad City Council holds regular meetings at 6 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. All meetings are open to the public.
