KING CITY — This Saturday the King City High School cross country program will host the King City XC Invitational at San Lorenzo County Park in King City.
More than 15 teams are scheduled to run, including a few schools from San Luis Obispo County. The Sept. 26 meet will begin at 9 a.m.
During the previous week, the Mustang team competed in the first Pacific Coast Athletic League Gabilan and Mission Division Center Meet at Pinto Lake in Watsonville last Thursday and in the Third Annual Tom Leikuam Invitational at Pinto Lake last Saturday.
Greenfield, Soledad and Gonzales competed at the Cypress and Santa Lucia Division Center Meet last Wednesday.
