City of Greenfield hosted the 2023 Holiday Celebration at Village Green Park on Friday, featuring a parade, tree-lighting ceremony, entertainment and various family activities, such as a sā€™mores station from the Greenfield Community Science Workshop.

Santa also made a special appearance, along with Mayor Bob White and Councilmember Drew Tipton, and was chauffeured by the Greenfield Fire Department in a fire truck during the parade.

Local firefighters handed out hot cocoa to the community, as well.

The Dec. 8 celebration included holiday performances from Arcoiris Cultural, Greenfield Recreation Department Ballet, Peninsula Harmony Company, Leo Trujillo and El Shaddai Church Trio throughout the evening.
