SALINAS — ARIEL Theatrical has announced a bonus addition to its 2022 season, “Miss Nelson is Missing! – The Musical,” with performances set for Fridays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 2 and 7 p.m., May 6-7 and 13-14. Based on the popular children’s book by Harry Allard, the show will bring laughter and learning at the Karen Wilson Children’s Theatre, 320 Main St., in Salinas. SALINAS — Monterey Peninsula Voices community choir is celebrating its 60th anniversary this spring with a special concert in Salinas on Saturday, May 7, at Sherwood Hall beginning at 7 p.m. The 100-person chorale is focusing on “CommUNITY” as it unites its singers with Monterey County-based local dance troupes, visual artists and musicians to bring a full array of the arts to the singing stage.
